Sales Assistant
Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:
Cashiering & Sales Support: Serve customers and handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Respond to Customer Queries - Assist customers via chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide Product Information - Share information & knowledge of cats.
Resolve Complaints - Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
Requirements:
Customer service oriented with good listening and problem-solving skills.
Able to reply messages fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, etc.).
Knowledge and experience in social media apps (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Minimum 5 working days per week, with flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable handling cats of all ages, including kittens.
Passionate about animal welfare and patient with cats.
Qualifications:
Condidate should possess at least SPM/ "O" level, Diploma or equivalent.
